To access your subscription and manage your account, please visit ( http://aubreygianna.myshopify.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login ) while logged in. Your will have complete control from adding, cancelling or modifying information. Please use caution when updating any information to ensure delivery of your monthly subscription

I do not have an account to manage my subscription

When checking out in our shopping cart, an account is required to make any purchases. Through that process an account is being created with the email you provided during checkout. You should have received an email containing a link to activate your account. If for any reason you have deleted or did not receive this email, please email us requesting us to resend your activation link.

When will my subscription Ship?

All Subscriptions will be shipped on the last week of each month. We make our best efforts to ship subscriptions out to arrive before any holidays

How do you collect payemnt?

Your subscription will be automatically billed to the card you check out with on your initial checkout. If any changes need to be changed on your billing information, you may update your information on your subscription managers page.

How can i cancel my Subscription?

All cancellations must be done before your monthly charge is processed. Monthly credit card charges are done every 15th of the the month. Failure to cancel before the 15th will result in your monthly box subscription being processed and shipped.

Do you send seasonal items?

Seasonal colors will always go be part of our collections. We will not ship out holiday specific.

Can i have multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you are able to have multiple subscriptions. Both subscriptions will be mailed to original subscriber. To ship the second subscription to another address a new a account must be made

How long is my subscription for?

When signing up for our Nylon Bow Subscription, You are signing up for term of 12months from the initial purchase date. To continue on going, each subscriber must re-purchase after the 12th month before the 24th of the month to receive your order for the following month.
